Subject to availability, Minster View may be booked for any period of 3 nights or more. Our experience, however, shows that there is a preference in the UK for breaks of a full 7-night week, for a 3-night weekend stay, or for a short 4-night mid-week break. Our pricing table gives figures for these types of breaks, but holidays of any period may be possible (by adding extra nights), provided they conform to the 3-night minimum. For 2-week bookings the second week has a 10% discount. Please contact us for a price for longer bookings.

Please note that short stay bookings for the high seasons of July-August, Christmas and New Year may be accepted only in the two months prior to the break.

A deposit of 30% is required to secure your reservation. Full payment will be due 8 weeks before the holiday start.

Minster View sleeps up to 5 people in one double bedroom, one twin and one single. A baby cot is also available at no additional cost.

The price includes towels and linen, electricity etc and secure parking for one car. Additional cars can be left at the long stay car parks a few minutes’ walk away.

Check in is after 3pm. Check out is before 10.30 am to allow us time for a full clean.
